Kasaloma Reach policy

Business Advertising Rules

Requirements for campaign briefs, creative material, claims and destination links.

Effective 19 July 2026 · Review these rules before using Kasaloma Reach.

Business responsibility

The Business must have authority to promote the product, service, event, person or cause and must hold the rights needed for every logo, image, video, caption, music track, trademark and destination supplied.

Truthful campaigns

Campaign claims must be accurate, supportable and not misleading by omission. Pricing, availability, conditions, risks, qualifications and material limitations must be clear where they affect a consumer decision.

Restricted campaigns

Regulated products, health or financial claims, gambling, alcohol, adult services, weapons, political or election content and campaigns involving children require prior written review and may be refused. Approval depends on the operating country, target audience and platform rules.

Disclosure and platform rules

Every paid placement must use the disclosure directed by Kasaloma Reach and any branded-content tool required by the social platform. A Business may not instruct a Creator to hide the commercial relationship or imitate independent news or personal opinion.

Review and rejection

Kasaloma Reach may request substantiation, corrections, permits or alternative creative. A campaign can be paused or rejected when the material creates legal, safety, consumer-trust or platform-policy risk.
