Kasaloma Reach policy

Creator Earnings and Payouts

When an estimate becomes an earning and how Creator payout requests are handled.

Effective 19 July 2026 · Review these rules before using Kasaloma Reach.

Estimated earning

Estimated earning is the work value shown before a Creator accepts an assignment. It is not guaranteed income and does not become available until the assignment is completed and the submitted proof is approved.

Confirmed earning

After proof approval, Kasaloma Reach records the Confirmed earning in the Creator wallet. The amount may differ from the original estimate only when the final approved work or agreed scope supports the change.

Payout requests

Eligible Creators may request payout from their available wallet using a supported receiving account. The minimum payout, available currencies and accepted methods are shown in the Creator portal.

Payout review

Payouts are manually reviewed and reconciled. A request may be held for identity, destination, fraud, tax or compliance checks. If a request is rejected or cancelled before payment, the reserved amount returns to the available wallet.

Records and taxes

Creators are responsible for accurate receiving details and any tax, registration, reporting or invoice obligations that apply to their earnings. Keep payout confirmations and contact Kasaloma Reach Support promptly if a completed transfer is not received.
