Who may use Reach
Business representatives must be authorised to act for the registered organisation. Creators must be at least 18 years old and must control every audience profile they submit.
Accurate accounts
You must provide current, accurate information and protect your login credentials. Kasaloma Reach may request additional evidence, correct records, reject applications or suspend an account when information cannot be verified.
Campaign decisions
Businesses submit campaign briefs and approved material. Creators may apply for opportunities, but only Kasaloma Reach can approve an application and create a final assignment. A Creator may accept or reject that assignment.
Acceptable conduct
Do not submit false audience figures, impersonate another person, manipulate evidence, publish prohibited material, interfere with the service or use campaign information outside an authorised assignment.
Money and records
Business funding, Creator earnings, refunds and payouts follow the applicable finance rules shown inside Reach. Platform records support operations but do not replace invoices, tax records, bank statements or other statutory records you must keep.
Availability and enforcement
Kasaloma Reach may pause campaigns, request corrections, limit access or suspend activity to protect users, comply with law or investigate a suspected violation. Contact Kasaloma Reach Support to question a decision.
