Effective 19 July 2026 · Review these rules before using Kasaloma Reach.

Information collected

Reach collects campaign-planning enquiries, account and contact information, Business verification records, Creator profile and audience evidence, recruitment cohort and source, campaign material, posting proof, payment and payout records, support messages, login events and audit records.

How information is used

Information is used to qualify Business enquiries, coordinate Creator onboarding, verify accounts, match campaigns, manage assignments, review delivery, administer earnings and payouts, prevent abuse, provide support and maintain financial and security records.

Information boundaries

Businesses do not receive Creator contact information, applications, payout details or private proof through Reach. Creators do not receive private Business finance records. Authorised staff and service providers may access the minimum information needed for their duties.

Storage and retention

Sensitive uploads are stored outside the public media library and delivered through access-controlled downloads. Records are retained for operational, dispute, accounting, security and legal requirements, then deleted or anonymised when they are no longer required.

Your choices

You may request access to or correction of your profile information. Some financial, campaign, evidence and audit records cannot be immediately deleted when retention is required for legitimate operations or law.
